Bovine TB can be transmitted to humans but is not currently considered a significant risk to human health.
The misconception that only badgers and bovine are TB carriers and hence the result of unnecessary culling has been futile. Domestic cats as well as most farm animals are also affected by the disease.
Now converted to an elegant lamp.
